Printable Weekly Feelings Sticker Chart for Kids

Help your child bring the lessons from the pages into everyday life! Stemmed directly from our signature story book, My Colourful Feelings Backpack, this digital download provides a gentle, visual way for families to connect, talk about big emotions, and practice daily mindfulness.

With 7 Core Feelings mapped to 7 bright colours - just like the book - children can easily identify what they are carrying in their "emotional backpack" each day. It turns emotional check-ins into a fun, comforting routine that builds lifelong emotional intelligence.

What's Included?

• 1x Weekly Feelings Sticker Chart:  A clean, engaging Monday-Sunday tracking layout.
• 1x 7 Colour Emotion Key Chart: A visual reference guide that shows the 7 different feelings from the book and exactly what they mean, allowing your child to instantly match their emotion to the correct book colour.
• 1x Parent & Carer Guide & Heart Centred Questions
